Damn! We're running out of The tears of the homeless
Australia Transport Minister Anthony Albanese must get as teary-eyed as I do when he watches 1995's The American President. Because he apparently wanted to show his appreciation for actor Michael Douglas' moving climactic speech from the film by lifting it to attack opposition leader Tony Abbot. Albanese even owned up to his man-crush-mistake later on Twitter. In all honesty, if I were Tony Abbott I would feel honored. It's not every day that somebody wants to put you in your place Michael Douglas style.
