Youtube user Centralpavote uploaded this video of an electronic voting machine checking the box for Mitt Romney when he tries to vote for Barack Obama. He wrote in the video's description:
"Being a software developer, I immediately went into troubleshoot mode. I first thought the calibration was off and tried selecting Jill Stein to actually highlight Obama. Nope. Jill Stein was selected just fine. Next I deselected her and started at the top of Romney's name and started tapping very closely together to find the 'active areas'. From the top of Romney's button down to the bottom of the black checkbox beside Obama's name was all active for Romney. From the bottom of that same checkbox to the bottom of the Obama button (basically a small white sliver) is what let me choose Obama. Stein's button was fine. All other buttons worked fine."
The machine has been taken off line.

Recently, there have been a few conservative executives warning their employees that there might be consequences if Obama was reelected. The Koch brothers even sent employees a list of candidates they supported. While not strictly illegal it is at least ethically questionable.
Turns out on June 6, Mitt Romney led a conference call with the National Federation of Independent Business where he suggested that tactic to the bosses in audience. The advice in question begins at 26:00.
"I hope you make it very clear to your employees what you believe is in the best interest of your enterprise and therefore their job and their future in the upcoming elections. And whether you agree with me or you agree with President Obama, or whatever your political view, I hope — I hope you pass those along to your employees. Nothing illegal about you talking to your employees about what you believe is best for the business, because I think that will figure into their election decision, their voting decision and of course doing that with your family and your kids as well."
